You can start at the Western Lot and drive a full circuit round to the Bytanic lot and back again. This covers about 10 miles and takes around 3 minutes.

Just a note for anyone that plans on playing this and doing this across a series of sittings, make sure you always save by doing a race - saving in this game doesn't look to save statistics.
So trigger an auto save by doing a race and then do a manual save.

I did the same as above but just went from bytanic through the main studio back to the western lot. This took approx 2:20 per lap, and covered 8 miles.
By the time I had finished the main game I had covered just over 200 miles in the car, so I "only" needed to grind for an hour to get this one!
