This one is extremely simple, and comes from just playing the game. All you have to do is follow the instructions, and clean the grafitti from the walls of the studio. Once done, the achievement will pop.

There's a little more to it than that. The achievement doesn't pop until you get the phone and return it to the Agent, Kip, and that's when you actually finish the first mission.

This trophy is story related: This is the very first mission in the game. Just follow the on-screen instructions to clear the graffiti off of the walls.
