Once you've reached the status of 3-star resort, you'll be able to spend Dokobucks on running a TV ad to gain higher popularity and attract more guests. Simply head over to Subaru in his little shack, and ask to run a commercial on Local TV – it'll cost you 100,000 Dokobucks, but you'll get the word out that Dondoko Island is the 'ultimate getaway!'. And you'll get a achievement, too.
