Pretty simple to do. just keep changing up your pitches and it shouldn't be to bad. one trick that works is to aim your pitcher towards the batters direction, then throw the ball and change the direction around so it goes in the middle instead of the batter.

This has to be done in a Little League World Series tournament. Make sure to work your pitch selection and location. If your location is close to the batter, than the batter is more likely to miss and get a strike. Your best bet is to keep aiming near the batter and changing up your pitches. Get three strikes to get a strike out. Also if you have talents available, make sure to use them. By doing this, getting 70 strikeouts over the whole tournament should not be that difficult. Try to average at least four a game.
