Put the difficulty on easy and pick a team not from the USA. Mexico or Canada is a good choice. Upgrade your players on batting individually (as season progresses) as pitching/fielding is super easy on the lowest difficulty. Set base running and fielding to auto, the computer is super helpful. Plus you don't have to do much!
