Easiest way to do this is to play exhibition games set to 1 inning, with the user controlling the home team. You will go up to bat in the bottom half of the inning. The moment you score a run, the game will end. Repeat 4 more times for the achievement.

In the menu, go from Exhibition to Custom Game and set the game to one inning. Make sure that Player 1 (that's you) is the home team, so you will bat last. Just get a walk off hit in 5 games and the trophy is yours.
