At the main menu select the training option and select any stadium to play at and time of day. There will be 6 different areas to train in and you must learn each to complete the training and the achievement will unlock after the last one is cleared. Can be done in any order.

From the main menu, go to Practice and select any one of the six training modes. In Practice, you will be able to practice batting, pitching, fielding, card use, talent use, and base running. Each different practice mode (i.e. batting) has a set of skills ranging from two to nine to work on, and each skill requires you to be successful at least three times. Once you finish a practice mode, the game will save and after the game saves your trophy will pop once you have completed all the skills for that particular mode.
