Little Nightmares II

In chapter 3, once you pass through the dark room full of mannequins that chase you and get safely into the next room, pick up the medicine ball from the middle of the room and go back to the left and throw it into the hands reaching through the boarded-up door. One will catch the ball and throw it back to you.

Missable achievement in Chapter 3, The Ward.

To unlock the Medicine Ball achievement in Little Nightmares 2 you'll need to throw the medicine ball into the mannequin arms that try to grab after escaping the mannequins during chapter 3 (the hospital chapter). The specific part you'll need to escape is the part just after the crawling mannequins. The medicine ball is found on the floor of the room with the electric chair in it (where you pull the switch to release the fuse). The "Medecine Ball" Achievement/Trophy in Little Nightmares 2, is obtained while exploring the left wing of the hospital in Chapter 03. At the end of the chase with the dummies, pick up the balloon and throw it at them to unlock the Achievement/Trophy.
