To unlock the X Best Friends achievement in Little Nightmares 2, you’ll need to locate the X-ray machine on the hospital level/chapter three and take an X-ray with Six.

To confirm you do need to be holding hands when doing this, I tried 3 times without holding hands and it did not pop.

In chapter 3, just after you have finished the segment where you touch and tune the tv, head right into the third room on the right downstairs where you will find an x-ray machine. Pull the lever then go behind the screen and hold Sixes hand for the achievement to pop.

To unlock the x best friends achievement in Little Nightmares 2 you'll need to hold Six's hand behind the xray machine you can find during Chapter 3 (The hospital chapter).
