How to unlock the Beakers We Can achievement in LittleBigPlanet 2 - Definitive Guide

This is the 3rd level of the DLC "Muppet Labs". You get a creatinator that fires clones of the muppet character "Beaker". You need to use him to move platforms and other things around the level. For the trophy you need to get to the end of the level using no more than 40 Beakers. You actually have a reasonable margin for error, especially if you realise you can jump onto the targets at certain sections instead of firing Beaker. You can even suicide on occasion by dropping on to a target to save a Beaker, but it isn't necessary. Like I said there is a reasonable margin for error here. See the video below to get a better idea of what to do.

Also, I first did this in online co-op. I fired the Beakers and my playing partner didn't. When we got to the end the trophy unlocked for him but not me, so it is potentially a little glitched. It was simple enough for me to get it though, I just played it again solo and it unlocked without issue.

The most annoying trophy in the expansion.

You need to use a cloning cap to create a Beaker (Chubrikov) to overcome obstacles.

The difficulty is that beakers NEVER help you, at the very beginning, you need to collect prize balls for them, only for the sake of this crap you are already releasing 7-9 beakers.

Plus, they do not immediately grab the obstacle sponge.

So brace yourself and take care of your nerves, the trophy is not a pleasant one

There is, of course, one trick, but on the condition that you do not qualify for immortality.

Jump on the orange sponges if you can jump, this way you can activate them without shooting the Beakers.

I write as a person who received a trophy. It's all a matter of practice. Perhaps the most difficult moment is the beginning of the level, but it is possible to collect all the prize balls at the beginning by using three Beakers. Even if you use 5, it's okay. Further, on turning platforms it is not necessary to use a Beaker at all. Jump with Sackboy - the platform turns over. More precisely, aim at the places where you need to shoot with the Beaker to lower the platform. All

The trophy is quite easy if you do everything carefully, without missing and do not use the “Beaker” whenever possible, even if your character dies, you will need about 30 pieces (+/- 1-2 pieces) .
PS I needed 31 "Beakers"!!!

Today I decided to go through all the levels without dying and, in addition, I knocked out this trophy without even thinking about it, I only remember that at the beginning I spent 5 drops for the balls and then carefully threw them where I needed them while I was playing, I thought that I had already gone overboard for 40, but it turns out that’s not the case there is nothing complicated about this trophy

Immediately after the introductory cutscene, springboards rise from the ground. If you get the timing right, you can jump on them yourself and start launching the beakers from a jump.

You cannot take the prize balls yourself, but while jumping you can aim and shoot so that you can collect all the balls at once with one beaker. When you collect all the balls in the first stage, try to get onto new springboards again (left or right, it doesn’t matter) so that you can again aim close.

You can get it without having DLS, if your friend, who has DLS, invites you to his game and starts the desired level. The difficulty is that both of you will need to spend less than 40 beakers, but one of you can sacrifice himself so as not to waste clones again.
