I got this trophy without specifically looking extra bubbles, just go through the story, collect every bubble you see and eventually this will unlock.

In fact, it is possible to find out the overall progress. Go to the joystick in your rocket, use it and point it at Earth (but don’t select anything, just fix the planet so that a menu appears where you can choose what to go through - the story, go to the community, etc.). An inscription about progress will appear on the side - first the number of levels completed, and then the progress in collecting goodies & prizes with items.
