This is a rather difficult trophy, since as mentioned above, the game does not have a “room” where you can discuss what to do next, and even if you find like-minded people, you are not always able to keep them together. Of course, you can just randomly join the games of other players and if you are lucky you can get to the end of the game where there are already three people and get a trophy - but such cases are very rare.
The best way is to gather your friends to get the "Party Person", then after receiving it, temporarily remove them from your list, go through another level with them and get this trophy.

This trophy is convenient to do in conjunction with “ Soul of the Company ” - first you completed one map as friends, then, while everyone was in the rocket together, you removed each other as friends and completed it again for the second trophy.

Or you can look for maps where many people are currently located, and connect to them in the hope that it will connect with three people, or three people will connect.
