How to unlock the Book worm achievement in Loop Hero - Definitive Guide
This achievement requires that you both complete the encyclopedia and then also unlock every lore entry for each tile, enemy, etc. The following list will be broken down into one segment per tab in the encyclopedia.
Tiles
Tiles are the various road, roadside, and scenery *cards* you play and synergize. The following contains all the details for completing the Tile list:

Enemies
Enemies are, well, enemies. Various tiles generate different enemies, with some enemies only spawning under additional circumstances/chance. The following contains all the details for defeating the entire Enemies List:

Another point to keep in mind is that each boss has multiple chains of dialogue for each subsequent engagement and defeat. It is not random and proceeds in order so you will be able to tell how many times each boss needs to be defeated to complete their dialogues
