Good Job awards are kind of objectives you have to do during Campaign Mode and Multiplayer Mode

There are 3 types of Good Job awards (Bronze, Silver & Gold), but we don't care

Me and my teammate got this achievement at the end of our first playthrough while we haven't paid so much attention to these awards

Try to do as many GJ awards as you can and you'll have it in one playthrough, much of them concern Kill Chains (for example: Kill 12 pirates/akrids while jumping with a rocket without dying). Some of them are specific award, such as destroy all the VS in a specific area or cut a certain number of arms to an G-Type Akrid. Do co-op emotes at the end of each area, at the end of some of them, it gives GJ's (Bronze if you're alone to do one, Silver if you're two, Gold if you're 4)
