Another way to tell how close you are is by percentage, about 21-22% seems to be the magic number for 100 noms. It can be checked on your 'My Page' menu screen, very bottom stat.

1/ LP2 Jackpot (2000cr. needed, you can have Emotes, Weapons & Abilities too)
2/ Have Capcom Games' saves (Devil May Cry, Street Fighter, etc...)
3/ Play with every weapon

I played about 20 hours to have it, it's just a time consuming achievement, don't care about it, it'll unlock with time
