During the diary sequence after the volcano level in chapter 4, you will have a page about tidying up your room. After that is one about doing the morning dishes. Just GATHER them all up and CLEAN them before moving on for the achievement.

The achievement is very easy. Just focus on doing all the dishes in D5.5 Here is a video to exemplify

This achievement takes place in D5.
Toward the beginning of this diary section, you'll come to a page where you need to move the word "gather" around the screen to move all of the dishes into the sink. Shortly after, the word "clean" becomes available to grab and move. Move it onto the dishes in the sink (this is required to progress), and keep moving it around them until they've all been cleaned and moved to the right side of the sink. After the last dishes come down on the right side, this achievement will unlock.
