When you hit someone with a weapon you will get a red warning marker by your luchadors name on the screen. When that goes away, you can hit your opponent with the weapon or another weapon again and not get disqualified. Repeat this for all three hits for the achievement!

It usually takes two consecutive hits with a chair in a match in order to get disqualified. In order to get the required 3 hits for the achievement you have to time your hits. Set the opponent difficulty to easy. From there, go outside and grab a chair. Go to the opponent and hit him, resulting in the warning from the ref. Wait until the warning icon goes away before hitting the opponent again. Wait for the warning icon to disappear again before getting in the third hit, unlocking the achievement.

Finding weapons is no problem at all as the ring is surround by weapons on the outside. To get out of the ring go near the ropes and press 
. When outside near a weapon, press to pick it up and use either 
, 
, or 
to hit you opponent with the weapon. You will get a light red warning after the hit with the weapon, wait till the light red warning goes and just like before hit you opponent and wait. Do this three times with getting disqualified and the trophy will unlock.
