Its very simple to do
Set up a 2 vs. 2 with 4 controllers.
Pin one opponent and its done. Your partner will never take any damage cause he was never engaged :)

also you can do this with just 2 controllers
put the other controller on the other side and have them walk out of the ring (10 second rule) and then just wait :)

Start a Pride Battle tag team match, and you will need two controllers. Have Player 1 and the CPU vs Player 2 and the CPU. This way you have the advantage and it basically becomes a 2 on 1 match. As the match starts, take care of the CPU opponent the majority of the match to keep your partner from getting hit at all times. Credit to fancyfox.
