Very easy.
When your opponent is outside the ring, you can jump out on top of him by running from inside the ring towards the ropes or corners and press B to jump out on top of your opponent.
If he is running around, this could get tricky, but doing this 10 times in a match is not a hard task, just takes time.

Best to play with Octogon against Superfly in a Pride Battle 1 vs 1 match on normal difficulty.. You will have to knock your opponent outside the ring. With your opponent outside the ring, run using 
to the ropes where your opponent is standing, and when near the ropes use 
to dive through the ropes attacking your opponent. Do this 9 more times and the trophy will unlock. If you happen to glitch after 10 successful attempts, then quit out to the main menu, and the trophy will eventually appear.
