How to unlock the Bang! Bang! achievement in Mad Dog II: The Lost Gold - Definitive Guide

For those who have played the first Mad Dog McCree game, this trophy is a little more challenging this time around. Bang! Bang! is only possible when you shoot one of the Buffalo Skulls or Spittoons in the background of a scene - this action will load you up with 12 bullets. Unfortunately the game is peppered with the occasional Quick-Draw Showdown, which will almost certainly break up your streak of twelve straight hits. I personally recommend attempting this on the Shooting Beaver Path. Midway through this path, Shooting Beaver will be crouched behind a hillside to avoid being shot. He will speak to you and tell you that you must be quick to shoot the [whiskey jug, lantern, ammunition box] (which you have to shoot is random so pay attention). The next scene will be either a Native American tepee in a field or fenced cow field with a barn on the left side (random); you need the tepee. If you get the tepee there will be a Buffalo Skull right next to it, shoot it first then the four men who will spring out (location and order fixed) (4 hits). The next scene will have a Gatling gun - you will shoot three men who jump out (locations fixed, order random), then immediately shoot at the [whiskey jug, lantern, ammunition box] mentioned before (8 hits). The next scene will be a hillside, where men will jump out from any of eight fixed locations (random order). You will need to hit the first four targets you see (12 hits). The trophy will pop shortly after killing the 12th target. Remember that you must not miss and must not try to reload anytime during this streak.

Unfortunately there are plenty of opportunities to fail. The Point-of-No-Return is back at the tepee so you will need to learn locations and practice. If you fail you'll need to start the game over. Though there are other Spittoons and Buffalo Skulls in the game, this is the only one I've found where your streak of twelve will not be interrupted by a Quick-Draw Showdown, which is nearly impossible to beat with one try, one bullet so good luck!

This trophy can be obtained by shooting at the “bull’s cap”; there will be a dull sound and the clip will become 12 rounds, we’ll shoot without missing a beat. Good luck
