Method 1 - Most people will earn this via the "Poor Player's Method". You must beat the game three consecutive times, once with each guide [Shooting Beaver, The Professor, Buckskin Bonnie], all without quitting to the game menu or XMB menu. If you have practised enough then these three playthroughs should take no more than 60 minutes total. You can die and continue as many times as you require.

Method 2 - When you get the bad ending, the Prospector tells you that you should have played "a better game", meaning that you died too much. If you complete the entire game without continuing then you'll get the trophy after only one playthrough, however, this is very difficult.

I wouldn't worry about this because you have to play through most of the game three times anyway to get the respective guide trophies.
