First achievement you will get. Play singleplayer game and just don't bump into a wall. If you're having trouble getting this, which I don't think (and hope), just drive very slowly, because it doesn't matter, if your 1st or last...

This is pretty simple, and this may unlock when you are not going for it. Just drive normal, using any character, and don't hit the wall. Try staying towards the center of the track. Don't use Turbo for the race you are doing this on, as it is harder to control when you are going at high speeds.

Got this when I did my first ever race in this game. Just don't bump into anything (bumping into other karts is okay) and the trophy should pop up immediately after completing the lap.
