Easy achievement. In the middle of the course you will see a sign made out of wood with "Foose Territory 1 Mile" on it. When you see this sign, stay on the left side, to go up the hill.

Be careful when aiming for this trophy because you may forget the trophy description during the race. You must perform a TWO backflip combo in Foosa Rocks to earn this trophy. You'll encounter a whole bunch on ramps during the race. Go on a ramp and perform a two backflip combo.
