It's important that you choose 50CC as a class! The achievement won't unlock on 100CC, 150CC or 200CC.
Choose "Plane Wreck" and then GLORIA or SHREK, cause these are the fastest racers.
2:30.00 --> Bronze
2:15.00 --> Silver
2:00.00 --> Gold
So, you have to beat 2min. It's important that you try to drift on every corner. Like that, you will fill up you're Boost meter. And use as much boost pads as possible! And do stunts to fill up you're boost. Not to mention, that you have to use every shortcut...So race the track a couple of times to get a feeling for everything. Shouldn't take too long.

All you have to do, is use the kart you are most comfortable with, and take all the shortcuts in every race. Make sure you drift to get Turbo so you are zoom through the race. If you make one mistake like falling off the road, restart the trial again.
