How to unlock the Deadly Accurate achievement in Madden NFL 11 - Definitive Guide

Play as the Saints against the Lions on rookie difficulty. Whenever you get the ball just audible to a quick pass play. Now you should be able to pass to either LB or A who will each be running left and right with one (if any defenders on them). Just pass to one of them then run out of bounds. I would catch the ball and run out a few yards before the first so as to get more passes per drive. Using this method I went 36/35 (no that is not a typo I do not know how it happened. It may have been from one of my picks).

You must complete the game to unlock this.

Very old solution and very few still actually get this achievement but YOU DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE ANY OF THE GAMES, IF YOU GO FOR 20 FOR 20 YOU CAN JUST QUITE AND ACHIEVEMENT WILL UNLOCK

The main key to this is to set rewinds to unlimited in the pre-game settings, so if your reciever drops a pass you can rewind and try again, however you only get one rewind per play so make sure you complete the second try. This can be very helpful because every completion counts. Also, rookie difficulty can be used, it should go without saying to pick a good passing team (colts, or saints), and go against a poor team defense (rams, lions). I recommend the Colts because Dallas Clarke is ridiculous if lined up against a linebacker. And one final thing, SLANTS, SLANTS, and more SLANTS.

ughh this achievement could have been worded better.

I tried for many games like im sure some of you did to get this achievement and it just wouldnt pop. sometimes it even glitched on me and said i had 2 attempts with 20+ completions. i finally figured out how to get this achievement.

Pick whatever team you want ( i chose the steelers as usual ). go to my madden>Rosters> player management and put up your top 3 WRs and your top 2 TEs speed, agility, acceleration, awareness, catching, spectacular catch, catch in traffic and route running to 99. then put up your QBs throwing power and then all their accuracy sliders to 99.

go into a game and set it up with unlimited rewinds and 2 minute quarters. i always play on pro just in case but some people say you can do this on rookie.

start up the game and kick or receive. If you receive bring the ball to your 5 yard line. do short passes but ALL PASSES MUST BE PAST THE LINE OF SCRIMMAGE, if they aren't they dont seem to count and that is how my game kept glitching. i usually did quick crossing routes for the WRs and short out routes for the TEs. they should catch almost every ball and if they drop it just rewind but make sure the player can catch it after the rewind because you can only rewind a play once. You might even want to do some runs so you can do PA passes or it will help get your guys open because the D will focus on the run.

2 mins is not enough time. I can only get in 8 passes especially since the other team loves to run down the clock every play.

hey falcon, just up the time if you can't get off enough passes. i can easily do it on pro with 2 min quarters just by doing quick routes that gain 4 yards at a time. you can almost keep the ball for the entire first half and then the 4th quarter which should give you tons of time.

If you set the rewinds to unlimited and do fail for any reason on one of your pass attempts, rewind and change the play, via an audible, to a run play so that there's no chance of failing on the second attempt.

What i did to pop this achievement was i picked the Niners and then i ran the same play over and over and it worked flawlessly.

So what you need to do is throw 20 passes and get at least 19 out of 20 completed.

so the play that worked for me was "Gun"> "Doubles" > "Strong Flood"

Now what you do is let Frank Gore complete his route and hit him. 20 times over.

When i played he didn't drop the ball ever so good luck.

First, go to settings and change off-sides penalty to 0 and false start to 0. Then, start a match. Choose Saints and go against Lions or Buccaneers. Set the match to 4-5 minutes per quarter and set the rewinds to unlimited. Also, set the difficulty to pro. Now, everytime you have the ball, choose the SLANT play. If you choose the wrong one, use a timeout. Now, when the play starts, pass to the player with Y sign on them. The pass should always be completed since he's always wide open. When the pass is complete, don't go too far and just have the player slide onto the ground. Keep repeating this and you'll get a lot of complete passes. If you get a incomplete pass due to a strong pass, sacked, ect., use the rewind. Make sure to get 20 or more attempt passes and have them be complete passes. When the match ends, the achievement will pop. I had 31/33 passes complete(missed two due to not passing to the person with the Y sign) which was 93%.

Very easy trophy. Start up a quick play game on Rookie difficulty. You will want to be the New Orleans Saints so you can utilize the great Drew Brees and his incredible accuracy. You can play against any team you wish.

You need a minimum of 20 pass attempts. I suggest you stick to short(er) pass plays. Throwing all-out bombs will most likely end in more incompletions than you'd like. The tight end has great hands and so does the receiver Marques Colston. If you through for exactly 20 passes, you must have completed 19 of them to get this. So if you are at 18/20, you will need to complete 5 more passes with no incompletions, which would bring you to 23/25. If you are at around 15/20, you might as well start the game again.

This trophy pops at the end of the game.

To get this trophy, you have to throw at least 20 passes and at least 19 of them have to be caught. That would be a 95% completion rate. 18 completions would only be 90%. My advice is to go for 21, and then quit out. Pass to the same player 21 times and you will also receive Winning Isn’t Everything. If the criteria have been filled, you will receive the trophy after you quit.

Use the same setup as outlined for Did I Break It? and YACtastic. Throw a short and reliable pass to give your receiver the best chance possible to make the catch. You could also set up the second team to run a Field Goal Block. This will leave acres of space for you to pass into. Once you find a reliable pass you can pull off every time, recycle it till you hit the 20 passes.

Important: This one has to be done using a single receiver. So recycle the same play every time to make sure you are finding the right man.

This trophy will unlock at the end of the game. You can quit once you have met the requirements for the trophy.

Trophies that can be done at the same time:
Winning Isn’t Everything, YACtastic, Perfect Game, Defensive Dominance & Did I Break It?

It's better to try at an easy level naturally. We make easy short passes until we get 20 attempts. If the pass doesn't work the first time, you can use the rewind function. As a result, you should have 19-20 successful passes out of 20 attempts (or 20-21 out of 21 attempts, etc.). After we dial the required number, we FINISH passing and switch to playing ONLY runs (run). At the end of the game we get a trophy.
