Madden NFL 12

You do not have to use Mario Manningham (Giants). You can use any team/player including a WR, TE, HB, or FB.


This can be unlocked in the following game modes:

-Madden Ultimate Team (against a CPU, Friend, Head to Head, whatever)
-Franchise Mode (against CPU)
-Play Now (Exhibition or Super Bowl XLVI)


Note: The easiest method would be to utilize 2 controllers in either of the "Play Now" options from the main menu.


With the profile you want the achievement you'll need to be on offense and be on your own 8 yard line or further back.

-Option A (easiest): If you are utilizing a second controller call a FG Block (not FG Block Return) on defense and a Hail Mary pass play on offense. To select these plays you will have to open the full playbook by hitting "X" and selecting those options from there. FG Block can be found in the Special Teams formation, and Hail Mary can be found if you search via Play Type and scroll to the bottom and choose one of the Hail Mary Pass options.
-Option B (playing legit): Your best bet is to have a burner on the outside (97-99 speed, 95+ acceleration). Call a streak route (hot-route can be called by hitting up on the D-pad, selecting the WR you want to send on the streak play, then select the route by hitting up on the D-pad again). This will take some luck as the WR will not only have to catch the ball, but will then have to break any tackle and/or outrun the defender(s).

Any pass works (even a screen play) so if you are playing this game legit you will get it eventually.


Once you score the TD the achievement will pop.

EDIT: Great guide, I would like to add that if you use the Green Bay Packers and get a 99 yard pass to Greg Jennings it will also unlock another achievement.
