Almost silly to do a guide for this one, but why not?
To get this achievement, keep the default game settings on. You can get this through multiplayer or single player so I suppose the easiest way to get this is to plug in a second controller.
Make sure your profile is loaded on the first controller, select any team with both controllers, and as the first controller, pass on every offensive play, using the second controller to select defenders on the other team to move them away from tackling your wide receivers after you throw to them.
On the other side of the ball, just run the ball out of bounds or get tackled at the line with the second team/controller until you lose possession.
Just pass on all of your offensive plays until you hit 30 points.

"I don't have a second controller!"
If you don't have a second controller, simply play against a CPU on rookie. Select any team, really, and just make sure you pass on every play. A good strategy is selecting deep or medium passing plays, then dumping it off to the HB, who should be wide open most of the time. If you see a blitz from the teams MLB, you know your HB will be open.

This achievement is for only calling passing plays. This doesn't mean that you can't run with the QB. What I suggest is mostly deep passes considering they are overall pretty good.
Once again, the Eagles will be your best bet or the Titans if you are a Vick hater. Either way a fast QB always helps. Still, as long as you don't press A on an offensive play call you should be good for your achievement! Difficulty doesn't matter and you just need to keep throwing or running with the QB and the achievement is yours!
