Easiest way to do this is to force the QB to fumble on a sack. Get two controllers and choose any two teams you want, controller 1 needs to be on defense. Have controller 2(offense) do a pass play, and have controller 1(offense) do a blitz. Have Contoller 2 hike the ball then just have the QB stand still while you rush towards him. To increase your chances of a fumble, do a hard hit by pushing down on the right stick. If he fumbles just try to grab the ball and run for a touchdown.

There are two types of defensive touchdowns for those of you who aren't very football smart. There is the Pick 6 which is an interception returned for a touchdown or a "Scoop and score" in which a player picks up a fumble and runs it back for a touchdown both count for the achievement.

If you use coverage plays mostly chances are you can get a pick, the tricky part is returning it. Pick a team with a slow QB so they can't run you down on the way back and simply press for the endzone. A little tip to put pressure on the QB is to pull your lineman back at the start of the plan and sprint towards him and shake the other lineman. This will either net you a sack and possible fumble or a bad pass which creates easy opportunity for a pick.

As for the scoop and score, it's best to push your opponent back. You could also press up to your 1 Yard line and turn the ball over so it's a bit easier. Either way, you don't want the safety you want to pick up the ball. Try and sack the QB with your lineman doing the method above and you have a decent chance of forcing a fumble, then it's up to your defense to do the rest.

The two controller methods above work well, I won't bother covering them as it would be a little overkill. Good luck!

Now im not so great on my vocabulary on football, but what I did was use the cowboys as 1st controller(me) and Redskins as my 2nd controller, I would tell the second controller to do a far throw (B button) and my first controller would do a blitz (A button) while being the defender. Now before saying HIKE with the second controller, swap characters to the one on the left (push B button) use that guy to run toward the quarterback but don't tackle him. Instead the AI will automatically tackle him with one of your other guys your not using. But after the tackle watch for a fumble, if there is one, your right next to it. Immediately pick it up and run for a touchdown. This was very easy and you have 3v2 while running instead of 2v2. I got this 2 times, 1 with my 2nd controller, and 1 with my main account.
