Outside you have to deal with a large number of law enforcement officers. If you still have grenades, now is the best time to use them. With it, you can sweep the police cars off the road in no time at all. As soon as the air is reasonably clear, you steal a car and head to the nearest clothing store to reset your wanted status. Then drive Joe home and finish this dramatic mission.
