After completing the main story, you unlock the army jeeps for use in the game. I used this vehicle as the main speed isnt too high but always stays above 30, Its also fairly good at keeping its speed in corners. I just drove the full freeway route and the achievement popped.

Also during the long road where the speed limit is 70 just pull off the
until it reach 50 (between 40 and 60 obviously) and you should get the achievement pretty easily.

You can get this pretty early in just about any car. Stick to the wider roads, like the thoroughfares and highways, as they tend to have gentle curves instead of hard corners. This is the important part: THE SPEED LIMITER (
) IS YOUR BIGGEST HELP. It keeps your speed maxed at 40 mph on city streets and 60 mph on the highways, so you have a lot fewer “panic” moments due to excessive speed. With this in use, you can just keep pulled and let off for an instant when a challenging bit comes up.

Driving hard will not allow you to get this trophy. You will need to ride at a reasonable speed and over a long distance. Take the vehicle you want, activate the speed limiter with it 
to avoid overflowing. Enter the highway and drive. Above all, be careful not to drop below the 30 bar on your meter, otherwise everything will have to start all over again. The following video shows you a possible route for this trophy (Credit to San Andreas Gaming): LINK

Your best bet is to use a vehicle with good acceleration to be safe, but it isn't required. You'll want to drive the entire length of the highway around the map while staying above 30mph. While on the highway, you don't want to go as fast as you can. Instead, put the speed limiter on with 
and try to stay around 40mph. It will make you stay on the highway longer and you won't run out of road too early. The map below shows the route to take, and you should unlock this achievement well before getting off the highway at the end, provided you drive around 40mph the entire way.
