Very simple and easy, you just have to complete THE FIRST MISSION the one where you escape from jail, not any single mission in the case you may wonder if it works (i tried just to see by myself if it works since I already started a new game before they added those achievement and it didn't work).
The first mission is incredibly easy, just run toward the guardians (there are 3 to defeat) and you can punch them against the wall to finish them faster.

Very simple and first trophy that you will unlock; you just have to escape from prison to complete the first mission and get the trophy.

When you start the DLC you will be in a prison. All you need to do is complete the first mission in front of you. You will be required to fist fight three guards whilst running through the prison. Real simple.
