Use the Delizia Grandeamerica car you could get in the mission "Bet on That" then upgrade it to maximum level.
Then go to Brusky's mission (the one in front of the house where you drive the lady to before the first infiltration mission during Vito's story) and then follow the blue road, it should be very easy. (the B is the mission's location, you can pick any other one but I think this one has the most convenient place.)

So I tried with fully upgraded other cars Nd for some really they take forever, this specific car fully upgraded just give you a ton of velocity points in seconds

Easy way to get Hypersonic Achievement
Start a mission (Going out of Business works great)
Head to area on map set as waypoint.
Hit the guardrail while getting velocity (speed of 70mph)
You'll fall thru map. Just hold onto right trigger till achievement pops.

Two achievements for the price of one. Here's how to do it. I advise saving your game beforehand...
1. First of all, mark this location on your map.
2. Start a mission to ensure the score for this achievement registers.
3. Prepare. Ensure that you get the angle on the curve. Basically, using a car with decent speed, you want to gun up the highway and approach the edge of this ramp at full speed and smash through the barrier. This will take you off the ramp, down to the green beneath and underneath the map.
4. As the score starts to go up, keep
held down until you're confident you have enough score. I held it down until 7,000. Releasing the trigger will unlock the achievement. You will also unlock Jacked Jumper for this too. Double whammy indeed!

Collect the Delizia Grandeamerica, as described in the guideline, at the end of the mission "A bet". Improve it thoroughly in a workshop.
Activate the mission "Evidence" and enter the highway located a few meters. Go for it while remaining pressed 
and dodge the other cars. As soon as you reach 2,000 points slow down, even if it means sticking to the guardrail. Above all else, don't hit any obstacle, otherwise the accumulated points will be canceled. Activate a mission for the points system to be active. This is best done after the mission "Supermarket". Two missions will appear, complete the one called "Bet on That". At some point during this mission, you will have to kill some thugs next to a car, a Delizia Grandeamerica. Grab the car when you’ve taken out everybody. Go to the safe zone first then take the car to a body shop, upgrade it to level 3, go to your house, store it in your garage and save. Next, start the second mission called "Going Out of Business" and drive to the highway at one end of the big bridge. Drive on the highway at max speed and honk the cars so they get out of your way. You should get to 2000 points in the first turn, so slow down for the points to register and the achievement will unlock. If you have to slow down in the turn because you’re not at 2000 yet, make sure you don’t go under 80 mph or you will have to start again.
Currently there is a glitch that will allow you jump and fall through a bottomless floor, unlocking this achievement and Jacked Jumper (20G) in the process. Video and map location included below.
