I would go for this after you have completed the game as you will get quite a few after completing the game through natural progression, however I’ve played this game three times on the Xb360 and I’ve never managed to get this normally so after you complete the game load up the last chapter and drive down too the docks and go up to everyone and start fighting them make sure to load the game up on easy as you can kill them by pressing B and Punching them sometimes your character might kick them don’t worry this still counts hopefully this helps 👍🏼💎🏆

I was skeptical of this method because the dock workers don't start the fights and therefore they don't seem like "enemies." However, I tested it out and can confirm it works. In case anyone who is wondering.

To get this chiev you have to beat 30 enemies using hand to hand attacks, you can either do 1 vs 1 fights or do quick melee kills during gunfights (the one with the 3 punches).
Also you can do it in the dlcs, it just popped for me right now after I did a quick melee kill against a cop in Jimmy's Vendetta. I just didn't knew it was possible to do it in dlc.

I'm guessing the base game and DLC share the same stats tracking system.
Thanks for sharing, I won't worry about this till after the DLC packs then since I still gotta kill 1000 enemies so surely at least 30 are melee killed lol

The story will teach you how to fight with your bare hands and pit you against more than one enemy to take down this way but not enough to get the trophy. Load the chapter of your choice and go rub shoulders with civilians. Start the duel by pushing them with

These can be anyone you start a fight with. To start a fight, go up to someone at press 
to shove them. This will make them mad and go into the fight sequence. Men are generally the only ones that will fight back. Try to stay off the road, maybe in a hidden alley way so that the police don't see it and break it up.
A really easy place to do this is at the back of Derek's docks at the South End of the map. The dock workers respawn, and there are no police to break up the fights. You will get a wanted level though.
