It is recommended to do this in chapter 14 "Lift for the scaffold".
After learning the truth about your father's death, it's time to avenge him properly. Shoot Derek and his henchman to conclude the tragedy and get the trophy. The fight with Derek can be difficult as he throws Molotov cocktails at you, forcing you to change your position to avoid getting hurt. Don't panic and don't hesitate to change your cover as soon as the cocktails appear. Beware of the stairs on your left where enemies will come down after a while. Patience and self-control will allow you to overcome Derek and his men.
A glitch makes the battle easier. After decimating all the enemies on the docks, take the car and drive to the water. The game will send you back to the docks. The garage is no longer accessible so take the stairs to Derek's office. From there you can shoot your enemies without receiving a single Molotov cocktail. The video shows you how to activate this saving bug.
