This achievement is quite easy to get since you have all the DLC on this game but you pretty much just go to your garage on chapter 3 (might also work on chapter 2 but i did it in the third) and use the "Roller GL300". Travel to the longest bridge in the game right in the middle of the map and just floor it. It should pop by the time you reach the end of the bridge!

I think the game is bugged... I fell through the map at 80mph and the achievement popped.

Worked to me, i only did a basic tuning and i got that.

It is recommended to do this in chapter 11 "A dear friend".
As with Get Rich or Die Flyin'
favor a fast car like the Ascot Bailey left by Leo after driving him to the station in Chapter 11 "A Dear Friend" . In this same chapter, take advantage of being at the top of your fortune to go to a garage and offer your car all the possible improvements.
