The store is not seen on map till you are near it. This is the only store that sells your suits. Stores name is Vangel's suits range in price from $115.00-$145.00 suits range in colors also. A mafioso, a real one, dresses with all the presence that his status confers on him. Only the "Chez Vangel" store will allow you to obtain this coveted costume. You will find it in the southwest part of the map. Buy the most expensive costume to get the trophy.

After you have crawled through the sewers in Chapter 9, you will be told to get new clothing. There is a clothing store that is really close to you once you leave the restaurant. They sell "tailored suits" there for $110. Buy any of them, and this achievement is yours.
