This Achievement isn't very Time Consuming almost every Mission has Enemies to Kill, Take Cover, Pick them off & Aim for the Head.

Mission: I Got the Stones
This mission contains roughly 8 vehicles and 15 enemies.
For safety, I recommend using the armoured truck but it’s not necessary.
Start the mission and head towards the marker. When you get ambushed, jump back in your vehicle and book it for the new waypoint. Don’t end the mission.
Turn around and make your way back towards the original marker. The enemies will be standing around. Get your headshots on the enemies followed by blowing up the vehicles at each roadblock.
Once you get back to where the original marker was, you’ll have cleared all the enemies and vehicles.
Head to the safe zone to complete the mission.
Rinse and repeat.

I unlocked this achievement as well as 'Firebug' for 100 destroyed vehicles & 'Faster Than Light' for 10x multiplier, early on in the DLC with the mission 'Lost In Transit'.
This can be done throughout the DLC however if you're not brilliant at headshots in this game (like myself!), I found it very quick and easy to easily get the required amount of headshots in about an hour.

On Easy difficulty, aiming aid applies the sight to the head as soon as you aim with it 
.Take advantage of this support to easily chain shots.
You can follow your progress by going: Options => Statistics => Headshot casualties.

The description is self explanatory here, and in general you should always be aiming for enemies' heads when shooting at them. It's very likely you'll unlock this by the time you complete all missions in this DLC, as long as you continually aim for the head, but if not, you will assuredly unlock this while grinding out kills for Massacre (20G), so don't waste time grinding out this achievement separately.
