This is a very easy achievement to get. Get a gun as you will need to kill the gun shop owners since they will shoot at you. Head to East Side gun store first. Kill the owner take the money. Next head to the the gas station around the corner. Go on the little "s" shaped road heading towards China Town and head to the gun shop South in China Town again shoot the owner. Double back on that same road take a right hit up the clothing shop and then the gas station down the road a little bit more. I got pulled over and paid a fine and still did it under 5 mins.

You can carry this trophy at any point in the story. Knowing that, during chapter 8 "The barbarian team", you will be asked to collect a certain amount of money and that you will be offered, as an alternative, to rob businesses.
The businesses that you can rob are clothing stores, arms dealers but also restaurants and bars. Pushing sellers with it
is considered a heist, which can be very helpful in moving from one business to another very quickly. Remember to steal the contents of the crate with 
. Use a car and feel free to mark the business you are targeting on the map so you don't get lost. Watch out for gun sale owners who themselves have a gun and won't hesitate to use it on you.
