Story related and cannot be missed.
After your mother called you visit the port area and get a lousy job: hauling boxes. Save yourself unnecessary work and quit after the first case and you will be offered a better job: collecting money. To do this, check out all the workers in the workshop. A fist fight quickly ensues that you should easily win. Then go to Derek's, get your money and drive to Joe at Freddy's Bar. Upstairs you will find your buddy and Henry, a new client. After talking to Henry, pick up the cleaning lady Maria and drive to the hospital. Here you will be shown how to use the speed limiter. It's a useful tool to avoid getting noticed. Drop off Maria and drive to the nearby Price Inspectorate. There you climb over the fence and then get in through the window. Use the sneak mode and go straight to the great hall where the guards are talking.
Take cover behind one of the pillars and wait for a guard to begin climbing the stairs. You can easily overpower him. Likewise his colleagues at the desk. After that, cautiously sneak upstairs where another guard is patrolling. As long as you take cover regularly and keep an eye on your surroundings and the minimap, you shouldn't have any problems taking the guy out quietly. Before you now the gasoline brands steal, first go into the basement, to which a door leads on the left side of the hall. There the alarm system is hidden behind a metal door - easy to recognize by a conspicuous red lamp. Turn them off and return to the upper floor, where you will now steal the key from the office, crack the door to the safe room and steal the petrol tokens. Exit the building as you entered it. Make sure to keep your cart in good shape for the next section.
Back at the restaurant, there is a cutscene: You then have to drive to six of the eight gas stations in town within a time limit in order to sell the gasoline brands. Before you start, take a look at the map and think of a route that will take you to six petrol stations as quickly as possible. On the screenshot we show you the route with which we mastered the mission. Be careful not to drive too wild. Accidents cost a lot more time than careful driving. After that, go back to Joe's apartment and go to sleep.
