After driving to Leo's mansion in Chapter 11, you'll be tasked with escorting him out of his home.
You don't need to sneak around, instead run through the rooms past the pool table and fireplace, and run through the door facing you into the closet type area and interact with the sheets inside the basket.

It is recommended to do this in chapter 11 "A dear friend".
The Chapter 11 "A very dear friend" will ask you to save your old friend Leo an attempted assassination on to. The only concern: you don't have time to run away from the fact that the murderer is already there to accomplish his mission. You're going to have to find a way out without either you or Leo being seen. To do this, stay upstairs to access Leo's bedroom. From there, go left through a series of rooms to find a basket full of dirty sheets - your salvation! During Chapter 11, you have to go to Leo's house. Once you have to escape, you must go around the house in a counter clockwise direction upstairs. This will take you through multiple doors and you will find a barrel that you can press 
next to. Do so and a cut scene will happen of you helping Leo down the balcony.
