I found that the easiest place to get this achievement is when you go to the Distillery after the 'Fat Man' just before the end of Chapter 5.
When you get to the part of the mission where you're in the window with the MG42 (after picking up the gun and delivering it to the apartment), there are 5 guys standing around the cars shooting at you. These guys are really easy to get headshots on and if you miss you can choose 'Retry Mission' from the pause menu and it takes you back to where you started firing the MG42.
The MG42 is EXTREMELY accurate and as long as their head is right in the middle of the reticule you should get a headshot on them.

You can do this at the very start of the game in Chapter 1.

Careful if you take too long to take your shots though not just because of time restrictions to the achievement (not 100% on how long it must be between each kill) but because if you're on hard you can go down quite easily.

HARD WAY CHAPTER 1:
Right at the start when you have to pull off a shot, aim at the soldier in grey directly in front & closest to you, then its a case of popping off the 3 soldiers on the stairs & the one moving up the stairs from the crowd. This however is quite difficult so I advise you to go further into the level.

EASY WAY CHAPTER 1:
The easiest I find is when you come to the balcony over looking the street with a convoy below. They become alerted to your position and take cover, simply pop them off & be careful to not shoot anywhere but their heads or it will void the achievement.

You can get 4 here easy, when they're all dead look at your ally to the left who runs along the balcony & gets ambushed by a soldier; this is the 5th so line it up & pop him in the head (see video):

Achievement Unlocked.

Not the best quality, but showes what TheOtherBarber means. This is near the end of Chapter 5, where you got your MG42. You have to do 5 headshots.

Between each headshot you have approx.10 seconds otherwise the headshots does not count for this Achievement. If you dont got it, simply reload the mission.

For the first headshot you must fast, because the guy runs into the house.

I find this the easiest to do in Chapter 5, when you need to kill the "Fat Man" with the buzzsaw. When the shoot-out begins, you should notice two men running into the door on the right. Headshot one of them to begin the rout.

This leaves four goons across the streets who basically stand there shooting at you without much cover or running around. Pick them out with headshots one by one, and this achievement is yours.

I understand that a lot of people are saying do this in Chapter 1, but personally I've no success there because I'm a lousy shooter. The enemies in Chapter 1 moves around too much for me to aim, and your AI partners actually kill your enemies as well. The plus points of using my method are:

- enemies don't take much cover, and they don't move around, making them easy targets
- the distance between you and the enemies are closer
- there's only room for one at the window that you're shooting, so your AI partners won't be able to steal your kills
- if you fail with the headshots, simply retry mission, and you'll begin at the window immediately to try again

This achievements description is a bit misleading. While you do have to kill 5 enemies in a row with head shots, it does not have to be in a "rapid" manner. You have ample time to take careful aim and hit 5 enemies in a row with a gun. I accomplished this in chapter 11 when I entered the bar to kill the irish gang, but I am sure there are earlier opportunities.

Be sure not to kill any baddies with anything other than headshots for all five kills.

I just picked this one up about five minutes ago on Chapter 4: Murphy's Law.

Right after the Irish gang interrupts jewel heist, the cops raid the mall, Joe and Vito hightails it out of there. As you and Joe are headed down the back hallway of the mall, you will come to one door where Joe has to pick the lock, and he will tell you to cover him while he is picking the lock. Directly to the right, past the counter and outside of the shop you are in, their are five members of the Irish mob. If you are fast enough, you can kill them before the cops take them out.

If you miss any of them, you can go back down the hallway you and Joe came in, and two cops with Thompson SMGs will come in; you can kill them. And if that is not still enough to make the Achievement pop, two more cops will come into the hallway, one at a time with regular revolvers.

All total, that is five guys from the Irish gang, and as many as four cops - plenty of chances to get the Achievement.

Should you fail at getting the Achievement, you can always get yourself killed, and come back, as the checkpoint starts you out right after the cops start the raid of the mall.

*** NOTES ***

+++ Just past the door that Joe is lock picking, there are two Playboys (for anyone going for the Ladies' Man Achievement). The first Playboy is right up the short stairs, and directly to the right, on the floor. The second Playboy is around the corner from the first, underneath the stairway, near the outer door.

+++ Going back up the hallway to kill the two cops that come in the door, is a great way to get the Thompson SMG, without having to pay for it.

+++ When you go back to kill the two cops with the Thompson SMGs, and take their guns from their cold, dead hands, make sure you do not step outside the hallway, back into the mall. It is instant death if you do so.

Example above is good but if you don't like using MG42 I found another way to get this achievement. At the end of the game where you are at the planetarium, Go slowly down the spiral staircase until you barely see the mob guys hiding behind the glass cases. Aim for their heads because you are so far away they are less likely to hit you and they tend to stay there leaving their heads out in the open. I did this on hard and I hope it works for you.

I found the the best place to get this achievement is on chapter four entitled "Night Shift". Once you get to the rooftop with Joe, he'll run to the edge of the building and tell you to get on the ledge and to go across. As soon as this happens a quick cut scene should occur, leaving Vito crouched, hiding behind cover. You should now be facing the door you used to enter the rooftop. Two cops will run out from the very same door, one will trip and fall to the ground. Pop him in the head after he gets up as it'll be easier to do since he's stationary for a bit. The other cop will take cover behind some bricks, just wait for him to get out of cover and take the shot. After these two die a third cop will run out, and this is probably the trickiest part of the solution. You need to kill him as quickly as possible and as soon as he drops sprint toward the door you came from and be ready to kill two cops that are running up the stairs. If everything works out the achievement should pop up after the fifth cop drops.

**Important things to note: You can miss a couple of shots as long as you dont hit them anywhere else on their bodies and you are even allowed to reload. I'm not exactly sure about the time limit for the achievement but just try to be as accurate and speedy as possible and it should unlock. Also I would recommend doing this on easy but I was able to get this while playing on hard so it's not that big of a deal.**

Load up Chapter 1 on easy,
Use the rifle, and aim at the heads of 5 enemies on screen, moving slowly from right to left. It states rapid succession but I had control with steady speed and I still got it :)

Easiest place for me to get this achievement was in the beginning of chapter 1. I did it on easy after completing the rest of the game. You have to be fairly quick and accurate but it's not too bad. The other spots that were recommended to get it in chapter 1 didn't work out for me because my teammates would take a kill or I took too long acquiring targets (partly because they liked to take cover).

After you toss the grenade though the window to take out the machine gunner you will proceed to a room with lots of guns. Pick up the first rifle on the left. It has a magazine size of 5 and is the most accurate weapon available at this point in the game.

When you go through the next door there will be 2 enemies. One that will take cover at the bottom of the stairs right in front of you and one that will run up above him behind the railing. They're lined up very nicely. Take out the guy on the bottom (1) and then the guy up top (2). Immediately run up the stairs (hold LB to sprint) and to the left.

Two more guys are waiting for you in the second room. One on the right and one down low on the left. Pop the guy on the right (3), then advance to take the guy on the left (4) while he's still in cover.

Sprint forward and hit B to kick in the door and then headshot the last guy who's holding a hostage (5). If the achievement doesn't pop, just hit start and reload the mission. It'll only take you about a 30-45 seconds to get to the same spot. I got this on my second try. The first time I wasn't quite fast enough up the stairs.

Not a hard Achievement by any means, I got this during Chapter 14. After you take out Tommy from the first mafia game Joe will tell you to go see Derek for work. From this location go west to see Harry and buy the K98 bolt rifle. Once you get to Dereks you will walk down to the dock to talk to his employees.


As soon as you regain control whip out the rifle you just bought and aim for the head and make sure you get 5 in a row within 10 seconds of each other. Not hard at all.
