You really don't have to go out of your way to get this, it will come naturally with story progression, and will pop in either Chapter 4 or 5 most normally.

Also, don't worry if you die, your kill count stays the same

Pretty much a given as you play through the story. It popped for me in Mission 5. As long as you take care of all enemies along the way expect it around the time you use the MG 42.

Just kill 50 enemies, method doesn't matter.

When completing missions, we kill our enemies and get this achievement, I think it’s simple.
