Story related....can't miss it!!!!

In the beginning of the DLC, you will have to drive Father James to Sammy's...

After a cutscene and a very short shootout, you will be tasked to get your camera from the same room your safe is in....

Next task to to investigate the bar,press cn_back to active your "Intel View", objects outlined in blue need to be investigated, if it's outlined in yellow, you already checked it out.....you will need to examine 3 bodies, an incense holder, a knife (needs to be rotated so you can see the edge, you will see a small white "shining light" when you are in the right position, then press cn_A to "investigate"), a bowl, and a sign written in blood.....

After you are done, leave the bar, step outside.....cheevo pops!!!

Definitely missable, finished the DLC story and never popped.
I can "understand" (add a dozen air quotes on that) the cumulative achievements being glitched with that ingame tracker being broken but a game where your main storyline achievements can't even pop properly is just pure incompetence.

Story related, cannot be missed. This trophy is obtained by completing the first mission of this DLC.

The mission is very simple, you will drive to Sammy's Bar and kill 3 enemies upon arriving. Finally, you will investigate the scene in manner that's similar to the ones in the recent Batman games. Once that's done, the trophy will pop.
