After you made 4 more bar upgrades (besides the first $20,000 you gave Aunt Lily), some Dixie Mafia will automatically show up...its real easy, only 5 or 6 goons, finish them off, interact with the Dixie leader (who should still be alive, but he'll be on his knees) IIRC, he'll still show up as a red marker on your mini-map, and the achievement pops after you're done talking to Aunt Lily

not unlocked to me, killed them all, spoke with Lily and nothing, i hate this game,

did you talk to the dixie leader that's kneeled over?

You need to knockout the Dixie Leader at the end, otherwise it won't count as having dealt with them.

Unfortunately, but the achievement did not jump, I do not know why, like 50GS ... Worse Than Dying, 30GS Amateur Bouncer and Barkeep :( :( All these three achievements did not jump in total 110GS ..... someone had similarly ??

Story related, cannot be missed.

You will obtain this while upgrading the Bar. Every 5 upgrades you buy, will unlock a story mission to complete but this particular mission will unlock after buying your 5th upgrade (though it doesn't matter which one). The mission is very simple, just kill all the goons attacking your bar and interrogate the last one. Once that's done, the trophy will pop at the end of the cutscene.
