Has anyone had a problem getting Lilly to appear? I completed all the nissions and took Lilly back to Sammys bar and when it says to start renovation she does not appear and i cannot continue with this mission. I even have over 100 k in the safe.

Story related, cannot be missed.
After completing the story, you will unlock a side mission for renovating Sammy's Bar. You will meet Lincoln's Aunt Lily and have to drive her to the bar. She decides you should renovate the bar so that they can open it up again. You will have to buy the first Repair upgrade for $20,000 and once that's done, the trophy will pop after the dialogue.
