This is the second main story achievement before you go to the island in this DLC. Simply complete the linear quest called "Devotchka" and you will get the achievement.

So weird, this achievement did not unlock for me the first time I played it through. My game started glitching and the sun became so bright I couldn't see anything. I had to quit the game, but still wouldn't unlock. So I played it on my second run of the game and it worked. Thankfully the mission is early enough in the DLC.

both this and the second dlc from faster baby glitched on me and never unlocked
