As the last main task for Vito Scaletta to help him re-take full control over River Row, you will have to hunt down Michael Grecco. When you meet Vito outside Grecco's place, plans go astray and you must pursue him in a car chase. Try running him off the road to get him out of the car. Once you've picked him up and gotten him back to Vito's place, Vito will interrogate him. Shortly after the cut scene, the achievement should pop. One thing to NOTE: the achievement INSURANC RISK can be obtainable here. Whether it was my bad driving or just the amount of cops chasing me, I easily made the 2 minutes needed to be chased. As long as you stay in their sight for the 2 minutes then disappear you can get 2 achievements here.

This is unlocked upon completing Story Mission “Kill Michael Grecco”. You’ll need to cripple or destroy Grecco’s Union Worker Permit racket and Contraband racket to force him to appear at the Contraband Warehouse. The Contraband racket missions include the opportunity to kill or recruit one Informant. You can also choose to kill or recruit both racket’s leaders.
