How to unlock the Pray on the Way Up achievement in Mafia III: Definitive Edition - Definitive Guide
Nothing too tough here. Clear out the old Baron Saturday theme park. Use stealth when you can. Takedowns while in cover are very useful, remember to hold to whistle and attract enemies. Try to pick off enemies from afar as well.
For that, I like the Hartmann .30 (aka the M1 Carbine) because I was frequently getting one-shot kills (on Medium difficulty) with it. It can be found on at least one of the first few enemies you encounter in the park.
Achievement pops after the cutscene as you exit the park.

Unlocks after completing Story Mission “Kill Ritchie Doucet”. This is the first underboss that Clayton confronts on his way to conquest. First Lincoln must take over or destroy the Prostitution and Smack rackets to force Ritchie Doucet to appear. The Prostitution racket includes an opportunity to kill or recruit one Informant. Lincoln will be forced to kill the Prostitution racket leader, but he’ll be able to kill or recruit the Smack racket leader.
You’ll have to drive to the abandoned Baron Saturday’s amusement park in the south of the Hollows and fight/sneak through the goons to get to him, much like how you did with Baka early in the game.
