I found a simple way that makes it very easy to pass any of the most difficult levels in the game and get trophies. In very difficult moments, you need to start poking the (PS) button quite often. The progress of the game seems to slow down and you can easily do whatever you want (catch the necessary bonuses, dodge unnecessary ones, hit balls from incredible positions, direct the rebound in the right direction.
