After getting the Flame power (see Flame Majin in Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom), you must find the 3 small flame fruits and give them to the Majin.
Dudurga Ash Desert: Ko'da Naval Equipment Warehouse
It is in the chamber below the lightning fruit. Get the Majin to the area behind the building that you previously had him boost you up. Climb up and lower the elevator. Get the Majin on it, then burn the incendiary box (box with the red character for "fire" in Japanese).
Malawa Forest: Pele Bridge
Climb the rocks at the large northern U bend. Then have the Majin burn the fire crates crates. Once inside boost up to the top of the lowest platform and jump over to the fruit.
Tanay Mafta Mine City: Four Windmills Hill
This one is guarded by an armored four legged cat soldier. You don't have to fight it at all. Once you get the ammo for the catapult from the northern alcove, aim it east at the breakable walls. You can just bother with taking down the middle wall. Once you make the hole, catapult yourself over and you will land next to the fruit. Grab it and if the soldier is looking the other way, you can just run out of the area. There are also explosive barrels there, you can stun it with those.
